Use our online booking links or call the clinic directly. Let reception know it's your first visit so they can allow a little extra time if needed.

Arrive a few minutes early

There may be a short registration form to fill in on arrival. Bring your Medicare card, any concession cards, a list of your current medications, and any recent test results or specialist letters if you have them.

Your consultation with Dr. Paul

Dr. Paul will take a full medical history and listen carefully to your concerns. She'll examine you if relevant and ask questions to build a clear picture of your health. A standard appointment is 15 minutes. If you have several concerns, let us know when booking so a longer slot can be arranged.

Your care plan

You'll leave with a clear next step. That might be a prescription, a referral to a specialist, blood tests, or a plan to follow up in a few weeks. Dr. Paul will explain her thinking so you understand what's happening and why.
